Please Note: We take care to minimise interfering with honey's natural state during processing, as such no two jars are expected to be the same; colour, flavour and texture may vary between jars of the same product. We conduct a coarse filtering to remove large impurities but smaller impurities such as pollen grains and sugar crystals may remain in our finished product, this can result in crystallisation over time.
