What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. See our Returns page for what to do if you think you would like to make a return or exchange.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Please see our Returns page for more information.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please consult our Shipping and Delivery page for more information

Where are your products manufactured?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all our honey is produce of the United Kingdom. Our core range is produced in-house - in Yorkshire whenever possible - but, we may have to source honey from other high quality beekeepers to maintain product availability.

How much does shipping cost?

The option to select your desired delivery service is available at checkout. Orders over £25 are eligible for FREE standard (48hr) shipping anywhere in Great Britain. An accelerated service is available at cost.

For more remote addresses, shipping times may be longer than stated.

My honey has crystalised/gone solid - how do I recover it?
