Returns

We always want you to be as satisfied as possible with your products and aim to to ensure that your buying experience is as seamless as possible. However, because of the nature of some of our products, we aren't always able to accept returns or exchanges. We will always indicate this on the product page.

We are unable to accept returns on perishable goods such food items featuring hygiene/tamper seal which has been broken.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order has arrived damaged (cracked/smashed jars), or you believe you have received a defective item, please get in touch with us at: info@hewershoney.com and we will help to rectify the issue.

If you wish to make a return due to damage or defect, please contact us first before arranging any return shipping.

Returns We Accept

If you change your mind, we are able to accept returns on any full-price Unopened items that are in their original condition. This does not apply to any products of a perishable nature, or featuring a hygiene seal.

Return Shipping

If you decide to return any of your items where returns are accepted, please email us at: info@hewershoney.com and we will let you know where to send your returns to. You will be liable for any shipping fees to return items to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contract Regulations.
