Shipping and Delivery
Read on for more information about how we package and ship our orders.
Couriers
At Checkout, you will be given the choice to select your desired delivery service once you enter the delivery address details. We offer delivery via Royal Mail and DPD.
Packaging
We make every possible effort to package orders as robustly using double-walled cardboard boxes and warning labels to ensure your items arrive in the best condition and minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, once your order leaves our hands it is the responsibility of the courier to ensure it makes it to you undamaged. If you have received your order and it is damaged, please drop us a line at: info@hewershoney.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Dispatch
We will always aim to dispatch any orders placed before 12:00pm on the same working day, and the next working day for any orders received after that time. However, please bear in mind that we are working beekeepers, so during busier periods of the bee-season, we may run into some difficulties. For orders where next-day delivery has been requested, we will always work to expedite dispatch. So if you are in a rush to receive your order, please select this option at checkout.
